The eCapsule Corp Zero-G Redesigns

eCapsule Corp’s deal to republish other Vocaloids into new regions wasn’t just limited to Sonika. While none of the others have been released Zero-G got some more love with the annoucement of both Prima and Tonio coming to Taiwan.

While still unreleased E-Capsule (Capsule Corp’s Official YouTube) released these two demos for their upcoming ports:

Prima’s demo is in Mandarin and shows that with a bit of effort and skill using an EN bank for a CN Vocaloid is not so “square peg in round hole” as some might have thought.

I was doubtful at first but with Prima’s demo I was left midly impressed at her multilingual capabilities.

eCapsule Corp was quite flattering with Tonio in particular awarding him the title “Baron” and describing him as “glorious”, “classical”, and “unique”.

In terms of design Prima’s “Prima Donna” look has certainly translated well with eCapsule Corp adding their own eastern flair. The futuristic cat eared headset, off sleeve gown, and wing-like train really work well together. That being said probably most surprising about her design are the Rosen Maiden-ish like ‘doll joints’ between her appendages.

Tonio’s design is well… interesting. Both asymmetrical and mirrored, his headset takes on a wing like appearance and a unicorn-like horn adorns his head. Beyond that he has an inversely mirrored jerkin with elaborate shoulder guilding over tight fitting doublet, a pair of split knickerbockers, a cravat complete with sound meters and digitizers, and really pointy knee-high boots.
